Shareholders' meeting
In the shareholders' meeting, where the strategic decisions for our company are made, responsibility for 100 percent of the votes is in the hands of the City of Dortmund. This reflects the city's share and influence in our organization, and the city thus plays a significant role in shaping our future and our corporate direction.
